Man Roar Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 28th April, 2025

Welcome to the Man Roar Affiliate Program.
By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
  

2. Approved Promotion Methods

• You may promote Man Roar products via your personal website, social media profiles, blogs, email marketing, and direct messaging — as long as it is legal, ethical, and not misleading.
  
• Paid advertising using the Man Roar brand name (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) without permission is prohibited.
  
• You must not impersonate Man Roar, mislead customers, or falsely represent yourself as an official Man Roar employee.
  

3. Affiliate Links and Coupons

• Affiliates must use their unique tracking link and/or coupon code provided by Man Roar.
  
• Only sales made through your assigned link or coupon code will be eligible for commission.
  
• Affiliates must not share their personal coupon codes publicly on coupon websites, discount forums, or spam comments.
  

4. Commission Structure

• Commission will be calculated based on the final purchase amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  
• Current commission rate: 20% per successful sale.
  
• No commission will be paid on:
  
  • Cancelled orders
    
  • Refunded orders
    
  • Fraudulent transactions
    

5. Payment Terms

• Minimum payout threshold: PKR 500.
  
• Payouts will be made via Bank Transfer or alternative methods as agreed.
  
• Commission payments are processed on a monthly basis.
  
• Payments will only be made once the order has passed the refund/return eligibility period (minimum 7 days after delivery).
  

6. Fraudulent or Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates engaging in the following may be terminated without notice:
  
  • Self-referrals (earning commission on your own purchases)
    
  • False advertising
    
  • Use of bots, fake accounts, or any automated means to generate referrals
    
  • Coupon abuse or manipulation
    

7. Intellectual Property

• You may use official Man Roar banners, logos, and marketing materials provided through the affiliate portal.
  
• Modifying or creating misleading versions of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
  

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
  
• Any outstanding commissions for eligible sales will be paid after termination.
  

9. Changes to Terms

• Man Roar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
  
• It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
  
• Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance.
  

10. Disclaimer

• We make no express or implied guarantees regarding income results from participating in the affiliate program.
